In early 2012 my wife and I realized I had arrived at an age (86) which made us aware that keeping our very active 237 acre horse and cattle farm in Chattooga County, Georgia had become too burdensome for me. I had owned the place for 25 years. We had no children who were in a position to take it over. We had recommendations for several Realtors to help us market it. Our first selection was a disappointment to us. We realized the market was at a very low spot but somehow we just didn’t feel there was any real effort being made, and when his contract expired, we turned to Clay Henderson. Immediately he demonstrated a genuine enthusiasm. He began by walking the entire farm, exploring the barns and other buildings, the ponds and a mile and a half of river frontage. He became thoroughly knowledgeable about all aspects of it. After becoming thoroughly acquainted with the property, he began exploring with us several ideas for exposing it to the market. He stayed in constant contact with us and almost immediately began to bring prospects out to view the farm. His enthusiasm remained very high until he found a buyer. At every stage of the process he was there with suggestions. Equally important to me was the feeling that he welcomed our questions and during the entire experience, he was a comfort and a pleasure.

“On a scale of 1-10 we would rate Clay Henderson a 10. He was so friendly and professional. He was prompt in answering text messages and phone calls, and always was positive.
He spent a great deal of time with us in the initial proposal to sell our land and all during the process. We highly recommend Clay”

“My husband had listed a home on Jonesboro Rd. in McDonough, Ga. with Clay in 2012. After the sudden death of my husband in 2013, I depended heavily on Clay’s direction and knowledge concerning the eventual sale of the property. I was not disappointed. He was very compassionate, grieving with me as he was a friend of my husband, yet extremely professional. Although I was very vulnerable at the time, he was not condescending or manipulative. Clay was very respectful of me and my situation.
I was so impressed with Clay that I listed another property with him, a horse farm in Senioa, Ga. Again, Clay came through with a sale that I was very happy with. And again, I was very happy with his performance.
Clay’s Christian faith was very important to me. He was not only a great business associate, but he also ministered to me through my loss and I now consider him a friend…..quite an unexpected surprise!
I appreciate the job Clay did for me and my family during a very difficult time. He set a standard that I look for as I contract with others in various areas of business. Well done, my friend!”
“Clay took the time and care to find the property for me. He wasn’t out to sell what he had listed, but sold me what I wanted. Clay took the time and care on every aspect of the transaction. I bought over a million dollars in property and received the dedication and service it deserved. I am very satisfied and am looking forward to the next transaction”
